My stomach has been distended for 2 1/2 months. is there a way to see if my stomach is large because of ibs or maybe reproductive. 2 months seems long?

Distended stomach: If concerned about pregnancy check HCG . Would also consider a sonogram which would also view the ovaries make sure no cysts, masses, and uterus for fibroids . Iif all negative consider CT to look at the other structures of the abdomen, liver, pancrease (pancrelipase) , kidneys and space.
