May be allergy: Don't ignore symptoms like itching/rash/swelling after taking a medication. Those are common with allergies and can be followed by more serious symptoms. The safest thing to do is to stop taking the Tramadol - which will not cause any problems since it is not doing anything to heal the underlying problem with your wrist pain.
