Is it normal for a cyst surgery to bleed the day after?

Need more info: All depends on where the cyst was and how the surgery was done and how big the cyst was. It is possible to have bleeding but it is not that common. Please return to the physician who did the surgery so that he/she may relieve the bleeding.

Is possible: I have no idea what kind of cyst surgery you had. Whether on the skin or inside or what kind of cyst. Very difficult to answer under these circumstances but if on the skin then they can bleed after very easily but in other areas not so readily but the skin wounds can bleed.
