Pregnancy pain ?'s: Fibroid tumors and ovarian cysts can certainly cause pain and excessive bleeding, but if pregnancy is possible, get a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic), which needs immediate attention. Vomiting/pain can be associated with endometriosis, which can be controlled with low dose oral bcp.s. Consult your gyn provider for exam and testing.
