No problem: Having your period will not affect the ability of your antibiotics to clear the infection. Make sure you take all medications exactly as prescribed. Follow up with your doctor when planned and make sure all sexual contacts are treated. If you have/use sex toys, make certain they are completely decontaminated and practice safe sex.
