Get retreated: DO NOT have sex for at least a week after taking antibiotics for chlamydia. There is a low likelihood the treatment will now work or, you could have spread your disease to your partner if this is a new partner. That person and you need to be retreated and avoid sex for a a week after treatment. The blood is more than likely from irritation from infection. If it continues go to the ER
