Depends: Jetlag results from the disruption of our body's internal clock. It takes most people a few days to recover, but it depends on how many zones have been crossed and the direction of travel. Eastward travel is more difficult because one's day is shortened whereas westward travel is easier for most because we gain hours. Jet lag: Recovery from jet lag varies but for a 9 hour difference I estimate 3 to 5 days. It takes me 5 to 7 days for a 12 hour difference. Be sure to be in the sun as much as possible in the daytime and drink lots of water. Peace and good health.
