Red bump : Sounds like you have a skin infection an infected follicle, furuncle or carbuncle. The area under the breasts is a common place for fungal infections or eczema but bacterial infections occur as well. A picture would be helpful. Any spreading redness fever or chills? Rash elsewhere? Diabetes? Lmp? See MD ASAP.
