Is it possible that a genetically underweight person can get weight by joining gym and proper diet?

Underweight: You can increase muscle mass by exercise. This will increase weight and give tone and definition to the body. If you are otherwise healthy, do not focus on the number on the scale but rather on being a good and decent person, liking self and others. See doctor before making any diet changes. Peace and good health.
