Sounds like cluster: headache, which is a kind of migraine that can be pretty severe and persistent. Or something called temporal arteritis which could affect your vision. You don't give your age, but you should be examined and have a blood test (and quickly) if you are over 50. It could also be a sinus problem, or even a form of shingles. For all of these reasons, you should be seen promptly.
