ADisdainForMigraine: Migraine? How do you know? I'll just assume you have severe headaches for now. And you can develop "overflow" symptoms from them (e.g. stiff neck, tight muscles that squeeze the nerves in the back of your head, nausea, insomnia, etc etc etc). If the usual over-the-counter medications haven't helped or just help for a while, you need to see a doc. A month is a long time to suffer like that.
