No one can predict: What you need to do is talk to the Dr about the effects of geodon (ziprasidone). If it's good except for this, they might add more - or they could switch or combine with another drug. I also urge you to consider a good experienced therapist to help you manage the voices if possible. Some techniques can be successful to remove the worst of it at least. I hope this helps - don't change dose on your own though!
