Itch: Itch without rash can be seen with very dry skin. Apply a moisturizing lotion like alphakeri after showering while skin is still wet. Take benadryl(causes drowsiness) or claritin(nondrowsy) to relieve itching.

Stop scratching: Put on some hydrocortisone cream or a cream that helps with the itch for a few days. Stop irritating the skin
