Needs to be checked: The rash needs to be checked.It may be some kind of Contact Dermatitis or an allergic rash. But we can not say with certainty what it may be.You can try using over the counter Hydrocortisone cream and over the counter Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for itching and consult your Doctor or a Dermatologist asap to confirm the diagnosis and treatment with local cream and if indicated short course of oral steroids
