Why guess?: Constant pain - unless it's been chronic and you know the reason - or severe acute pain are signals from your body for attention. Please heed them. The moving pain may or may not be related to the red spot but deserve an exam. Your guess of a blood clot may come from thin air or your hx. It would be a serious cause so be seen ASAP. Best!
