Premenstrual: tension with cramping, usually relieved with the use of Advil or Aleve (naproxen) if you are not allergic to these medicines. Other possibilities could be uterine fibroids or ovarian ovulatory pain ( Mittelschmerz ) reaction. Time to see your GYN.
