Not likely: Hopefully your dog is up to date on his shots??? Keep area clean and dry. Take your dog to the vet for a diagnosis for him

NO: If the dog had rabies it would now be dead. After such a bite, vigorous rinse with water is a very good action. The antiseptic was superfluous.
