Only 1 solution: The only solution is to discuss this w/ the prescribing Dr. They need to know the effects their Rx is having and they need to make whatever adjustments possible to optimize your treatment. It's not impossible - but unlikely that they'll go to 60mg at night. Let them know and talk about it. Definitely don't change the directions on your own! It can be risky and you deserve better care than that!
