I'm on 7.5 mg of buspar (buspirone) twice daily. the morning dose makes me so dizzy and sleepy i can barely function. is it ok to take both doses at bedtime?

No: Buspirone is a short acting drug and needs to be taken two to three times a day for maximal effect. I would recommend talking to your doctor about dropping you back to 5 mg twice a day or several weeks and then then trying to increase it. Most people need 30 mg a day or more for good effect.
