No: Many hospitals do not have an MRI which is necessary to do the procedure. Also the testing needs to be interpreted by someone skilled in reading the images.

Probably,: and if not they are likely affiliated with, or can refer you to, a facility that can perform them. Call the Medical Imaging department of your hospital and ask them, if you need to have one performed.
