Quackery: As they say, if something "seems too good to be true", that's usually the case. This junk has no possibility of helping herpes. Don't waste your money. The only treatments for herpes that make any difference are the prescription drugs acyclovir, valacyclovir, and famciclovir. Ignore anything else.
