Red bumps on skin: Could be folliculitis , inflammation of hair follicles. Keep clean, moisturize . Consider coconut oil if very inflamed may need antibiotics ) . could also be eczema ( may consider coconut oil) , prickly heat clean moisturize f/u w/ doc http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/heat-rash/basics/treatment/con-20033908
