Yes and No: Smoking tobacco is the intentional inhaling of smoke from burning organic material plus whatever chemicals have been added, and is thus toxic to life. A couple who smokes has decreased fertility than if they did not smoke, and therefor will have a higher likelihood of negative pregnancy tests compared to if they did not smoke. The actual test, however, is just as accurate regardless of smoking.
