I have a painful small pimple at the side of my face where i have been trea ted for solar keratosis. will it go away in time? thank you

Need to see Derm: Since there was a previous solar keratosis there it need to be checked. These are actinic keratoses and they are precancers. Dermatology needs to check this to rule out skin cancer.
