Noooo!: That is what you got at birth, your genetic inheritance from your parents! Baby's eye color can change because melanocytes can migrate into the iris in the first few years of life.

I know someone who had trauma when they were young to their eyes. The iris and pupil were damaged and one is brown and one black. Can they do any surgery to make it better cosmetically? They see ok.
