Seasonal allergies: Most allergy symptoms become worse or act up at night, what you currently take isn't controlling your symptoms, and the post nasal drip can be due to sinusitis as well. You need to see an allergist for evaluation and better control of your symptoms, meanwhile: saline nasal washes, make sure you are using flonase right and use it daily, instead of benadryl, take cetirizine or loratadine daily too
