What is the surgical options for herniated disc . is it includimg radiofrequency ablation?

HNP Surgery: Rfa is a nonsurgical treatment for facet pain. This is not for sciatica from a herniated disc. Surgical treatment is microdiskectomy which involves removal of the herniated fragment and any other loose pieces. This is an outpatient procedure with 80-90% success rates if nonsurgical had failed.

Microdiscectomy: Best option is above, by far!

No : Radiofrequency does not help with the herniated disc. Surgical options are plenty, i would suggest seeing a surgeon to discuss your options.
