had a polypectectomy, ablation and surprise exploratory laprascopic. what kind of surgery is in my future? no specifics given just that more surgery

Your doctor knows: only your doctor knows and can tell you why you need more surgery . since it was a surprise exlap, the reason was unexpected. therefore it's anybody's guess what happened. have a good discussion, slow and focused with your surgeon.
