Depends: If you are truly in labor, you would dilate and ultimately deliver. If you are not in labor, you are fine. We typically do a test, fFn, to help rule out possible delivery. If you are OK, I would not do strenuous activity, drink plenty of fluids, but also try to live a relatively normal life. You may want to avoid sex as orgasm may cause contractions and then possibly induce labor.
