See below: The question you need to ask your neurosurgeon, or other physician, is as follows. Is the right ventricular hypertrophy a sign of a hindrance of the free flow of the CSF in the brain. If this is the case then there can be an increase in pressure which can cause damage to the brain. This is best treated with surgery. Good luck.
