A member asked:

Does having testicular surgery as a child affect my ability to have children?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: It really depends on the type of problem you had as a child and the surgery performed to correct it. If the testicle was undescended but was brought down into the scrotum promptly, Is unlikely that you have any decreased spermatogenesis in that testis. The best way to know is to submit a semen sample for analysis (sperm count)
