Premolar extractions: You should have had a post-op exam 7-10 days after extractions. Make an appointment to have the extraction sites checked by your dentist.

Red gums: What you are describing is probably normal post-surgical tissue. But to be sure ask your Dentist or Oral Surgeon for a post-surgical reevaluation. We can"t examine the tissue, he can.
