A member asked:

Oral temperature has been reading 97.0 but a minute ago it read 96.2 i usually average in the high 97s is this normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

All of these values: are within the normal range of error for a thermometer and within normal limits of body temperature. Like Goldiock's oatmeal: Not too hot & not too cold. If there are lots of worries in your worry basket, I encourage you to let this one go. It's truly nothing to be concerned about. Hope this helps. Dr. Anne
