Bump: If it was just a blunt trauma from the blow and no other symptoms were present like change in vision, passing out, major headache, etc, I'd only observe it and would apply an ice pack and if there is some local pain, take Ibuprofen or Tylenol (acetaminophen). Typically, this should be enough to get over it.
