His regular doctor: A child with skin "lesions", which could mean just about anything, needs to be either seen and examined by his regular primary care doctor. If no regular doctor, then a primary care clinic that takes care of kids will do. If a parent is able to give a very detailed description of the lesions and how they got there, then a virtual consultation with live video may be done on HealthTap PRIME.
