Foreign body or tear: You have decreased hearing from a q tip injury. Have a doctor look in your ear. You may have impacted wax which is easy to fix. You may have part of the qtip still in there. You may have a torn eardum. If it is impacted wax then be ready for the joy of hearing to instantly return!
