Seek Help Now: Cornstarch is processed food used in cooking, nutrition value limited to carbs, 1 cup=488 cal. Not stated if you are pregnant however if so, you are replacing good nutritional foods with empty calories. Even more concerning is the addiction. You cannot care for yourself or baby if your thoughts and actions are focused on satisfying your addiction. See doctor for referral to Psychiatry specialist.
