See below: Sharp pain in the rl quadrant can be due to many things. The 1st thing people alway worry about is appendicitis. However, colitis, gastroenteritis, constipation, ovarian issues in women, uti's, etc. Can be related. More information about your pain and all the associated symptoms along with a physical exam is needed to make a better diagnosis. See you doc.
