Just calculate what: U get in Ur deit & all other sources. U require 50gms/day. If U R getting this in Ur diet,& no more then a supplement should B used in conjunction with Ur workout. There is nothing wrong with supplements as long as U do not overuse them. Always read the label, & B sure what else is in the supplement. Whey protein is a good 1. Consume some during the workout,& the rest @ the end.20-30grms is fine.
