A sunburn?: If "sun touched" means a sunburn, it will fade over time. Hydrocortisone cream (HC 1% cream) is over-the-counter, and helps when used 2-3 times a day for 4-5 days on new mild sunburns. If the skin is blistered, cracked up, or oozing, one should see a primary doctor or a dermatologist. Hydrocortisone cream is ok to use on sunburned lips, and Aquaphor or plain Vaseline can be used on the lips too.
