Kale & Blueberries: Are both nutritious but we need a variety. Lots of brightly colored fruits and vegetables are best. The interact and meet the needs of our body. Locally grown is best. Organic is great though more expensive. Eat the rainbow! Peace and good health.

No: There is little or no protein in your diet-certainly lacking iron and vitamin B12 as well. A small amount of fat is also required for brain function, hormone synthesis, etc. With this diet , you will end up getting sick. Human has evolved over millions of years to consume a variety of foods and thus drastic changes are not well tolerated. Consider consulting a dietitian re. your diet
