How can i lower my fasting blood sugar from 233 safely and quickly?

An oral: hypoglycemic agent is indicated but only after you have received dietary/exercise instructions and those conservative methods fail. There is no safe way to reduce this level "quickly"!!!!! You may, in fact, require medication and your Health care Professional will know what to prescribe in your case! Hope this helps! Dr Z
