I had an Incisional Hernia repair, lower right abdomen 4 weeks ago. I am experiencing pain over the area, nausea and diarrhea. A CT scan of the abdomen reveals no abnormalities or causes for the symptoms. Is there anything I should do for this?

Abd pain dx. CT w contrast of abdominal and pelvic cavity done small hiatal hernia found. No other findings. Colonoscopy done. One flat 4mm polyp in sigmoid colon, diverticulosis in transverse and LT colon. Still having on&off diarrhea.What ya think?
