No risk: You should not have sex at all until you and your partner(s) have been treated and you have waited a week after that. However, oral sex is safe; even when chlamydia infects the throat (which is uncommon), it is rarely transmitted by perfoming oral sex. The reason for no sex is that temptation often leads to sexual practices not intended at the start. Still, be responsible and hold off for now.
