It's okay...: Advil (ibuprofen) PM is okay to take with norco, however you should be careful with this combination because of the increased drowsiness. While this may be your goal, caution is still advised because it may make you significantly more drowsy than with either drug alone.

Be careful: Not a good combination, increased risk of CNS/respiratory depression, in addition to other side effects of norco, as constipation. You may want to decrease the norco (hydrocodone) dose if you want to add advil (ibuprofen) pm,
