According : According to drugs.Com, there are no listed interactions between Adderall and advil (ibuprofen) pm. However, if you are taking the advil (ibuprofen) pm because you can't sleep, it is most likely because you took your Adderall at 3:30p today. Adderall is a long-acting stimulant. You are much better off taking your Adderall first thing in the morning so that it wears off by the time you want to go to sleep. If you have any specific questions about when you should take your adderall, give your doctor a call.
