No need to worry: Cysts in the ovary are quite common. Septations are also common. Most cysts go away by themselves. It is important to follow them to make sure they are not getting bigger. If a cyst gets too large, it can get twisted which can cut off its blood flow. Then it will be need to be removed surgically. So, follow up with your doctor to make sure it goes away and doesn't bet bigger.
