Right ear hurts extremely bad when i go underwater or when i roll my trucks windows down. going on a flight in a couple of days. can this be a problem?

Eustachian tube dysf: Try using Afrin (oxymetazoline) and sudafed one hour before the flight. Try some over the counter Flonase for a week before the trip.there is also a product called earplanes which can be bought at the pharmacy. They have to be left in the ear the whole trip and they regulate the air pressure as well. Good luck and feel better.
