Better to remove: By inflammation do you mean one of your tubes is dilated? As in a hydrosalpinx? If you have a hydrosalpinx that still communicates with your uterus then it's better to have that taken care of (either removed or permanently blocked) prior to the embryo transfer (ET). You decrease your chance of success by 50% if the damaged tube communicates with the uterus.
