Better to remove: By inflammation do you mean one of your tubes is dilated? As in a hydrosalpinx? If you have a hydrosalpinx that still communicates with your uterus then it's better to have that taken care of (either removed or permanently blocked) prior to the embryo transfer (ET). You decrease your chance of success by 50% if the damaged tube communicates with the uterus.

HSG report: uterine anatomy appears normal. Right fallopian tube is visualised towards the fimbrial ends, however free spill cant be confirmed due to free flowing peritoneal of the left tube. Is this okay for before my embryo transfer?
