It is unlikely that: your low blood pressure and associated symptoms are related to issues that would result in heart attack. The dizzy, clammy hot and shake are all a response to the low blood pressure and your body's attempt to correct it by releasing the hormone adrenaline. I suspect you have dysautonomia. (autonomic dysfunction) You should be evaluated for this diagnosis.
